Need a Computer?

We sold our computer to a guy in Hawaii. He had said that I could keep the computer for two weeks until my new computer came because he didn't need it right away anyway. Being the trusting person I am I thought it was very nice of him. We were supposed to meet tomorrow so he could pick up the new computer and at 10:00pm tonight he said allegedly his wife's car broke down...today...and they needed to use the money to buy a new car. Am I too trusting? Was it naive of me to think he was just being nice? I am sure it was. Live and learn I guess. So if you need a computer let me know I have a great one to sell.
