Some of you may have heard the term RSS but most of you probably haven't. This is a great screen cast that a guy from Microsoft put together that walks you through what RSS is and how you use it. It is only about 15 minutes long and well worth it. You may want to know what this is since Bill Gates said this is the way of the future. He doesn't predict the future he writes it.
